Il Mindball che è stato presentato presso il "Festival della Scienza" Genova 2004 è una invenzione mia e di un mio amico prof.Ugo Licinio.
Ovvero si basa sui principi da noi scoperti nel lontano 1984.
Il deposito di questa nostra idea fu fatto presso la C.C.I.A.A. di Trieste e avvenne il 30/08/1984 con numero di verbale reg.9/82809

L'invenzione mi fù sottratta 20 anni or sono da un personaggio che con l'inganno portò via a me e al mio socio l'invenzione e poi morì in sudamerica in circostanze misteriose.
Costui era presidente di una società per azioni Milanese la CIPA S.P.A.
Di questi fatti ho già informato due Presidenti della Repubblica Italiana, l'allora Presidente Ciampi e il Presidente Napolitano tutt'ora in carica.

The concept of Mindball Game is invented by The Interactive Institute II AB, www.tii.se. The prototype is called Brainball.

Interactive Productline developed the product Mindball Game based on the prototype Brainball.
Interactive Productline IP AB has applied for patent of the concept of moving a physical object with the brain waves, world wide.
Mr. De Bortoli has not invented the concept of Mindball Game.
Mr. De Bortoli has never been involved, in any way what so ever, in the work of The Interactive Institute II AB or Interactive Productline IP AB.
The patent that Mr. De Bortoli refers to is described as follows “Electronic system prearranged to replace in the electronic games the existing manual controls with equivalent controls directly commanded by the brain”.
This patent application was withdrawn in 1989.
